im new with cars and stuff. so i was wondering whats wrong with my car. its making noises on my driver side part of my engine and its really hard for me to turn. i checked the power steering fluid and its ok. i think its the pump, but im not sure... so can anyone tell me what up with my car?

 

It might help to know what kind of car it is....have you checked to see if the PS belt is intact and tight?
