my buddies 99 accord is in my driveway and that bitch wont start.. all his accessory lights n all come on.. but doesnt turn over at all. I tried to jump his starter by turning the ignition on and grounding my jump box then putting the positive on the starter. (thinking maybe on of his grounds were bad and the starter was fine). but it did absolutely nothing... is this most likely a bad starter?

 

are the headlights still bright? did you try just hooking jumper cables to the battery? take the starter off and test it yourself or take it to autozone, they will test it for free...
