Looking for cheap or free d15's(smoking, leaking, bad compression I don't care!) in WI
Looking for cheap **cough*preferable free**cough** d15 shortblocks in WI. B7,b8,z1... I don't care. Just no hf motors since those are oddballs and I can't do anything with those for what I planning. Just nothing with spun bearing please. 8v's d15b8 I can use too. Looking for b16 rods, y7 or a y5 cylinder head, jdm d15b vtec crank. I know this is a long shot but some good pistons from a dohc Isuzu impulse, or stylus. Don't got much cash but I got some parts or tell me what your looking for towards any of this that you may have sitting around.
Too far if your really in IA and looking for dirt chizzeap or *cough free cough*. I'm really just looking for a 1.5 shortblock. Don't really want anything in good condition since it'll probably cost more then I'm looking to spend.
If it's a US motor then it'll have a number after the d15b... A obd1 CX motor is D15b8 and a OBD2 CX motor is a D16y7. I found a free VX motor if I give him a 20oz dew. 50 is pretty hefty for a b8 motor.

Yes when your talking about a 1.5. I've picked up these for free locally cause I won't pay anything more then 20 bucks for a d15. It's just not worth it. Especially for a 8v engine. Installing your own parts is hard(engine, susp.) wow? Selling anymore junk engines to people lately Derek? You think with how much you sold that engine for you could of bought some better parts for your car. ebay header and intake! Wooo! I guess there's a sucker born every minute and thats what keeps SSauto in business.
