How ya'll doing?!
Well, I'm going through my weekend project and I've just got a problem.....
I've removed the valve cover (f22B) from my accord 97 EX and was trying to remove the spark plug seals.... and... kept trying and.... tried again... and... it's ridiculous.... they won't come off!!!!
I've done this before on my other honda and they came off easily...
Can someone give me suggestions of how to remove them?!
I mean... I have to go work monday morning... and... only have 1 day to get this done....
I appreciate all comments!!!
Thanks people!!

When the seals/gaskets get old they will almost bond to the metal, a really good way to get them out without a bunch of scraping is to use a small torch or heat gun.Try heating the metal around where the gasket is, sometimes you'll see the oil residue smoke a little. Then try to get them loose.

I was thinking about setting it on fire... to let it burn until is only metal left... but not sure how much could that really help.... anyway... thank you very much, I will try something as you said!
