Troubleshooting code 16
Hey guys... this is my first post here, but I've been lurking for some time. So I just recently did a swap/conversion on this auto 96 Accord EX. Now has a JDM F22A, 5spd. Used the boomslang fabrication OBD2a -> OBD1 conversion harness. Using PT3 ECU.
As you know, the CEL stays on while the pump primes for about 3 seconds... then it's supposed to turn off when the pump ceases priming. Without even trying to start (which of course it won't) my CEL stays on...when pulling codes, I get #16 (injector/circuit).
Here's what I've tested so far:
Main relay is good.
All fuses are good.
All resistors in resistor box are within spec.
Resistance of injectors are within spec.
There is continuity between yel/blk wire at main relay and yel/blk at resistor box plug.
There is continuity between red/blk wires at resistor box plug and their matching wires at the injector plugs.
There is continuity between individual injector wires and their respective pins at the ECU (A1/brn, A2/yel, A3/red, A5/blu).
I can also read resistance of individual injectors by using ECU pins A1, 2, 3, and 5, and the red/blk wires for the resistor box plug.
Yel/blk wire at resistor box plug is hot when ign. switch is set to ON.
ECU pins A25 and B1 are also hot when ign. sw. is ON.
I really don't know what else to test, I went through the entire injector circuit... is there something else that would trip a code 16? As far as I can tell, it's all there. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

It's fixed now. I actually wired back an OBD2a ECU and pulled codes using a scan tool. Got a few different codes for sensors that are definitely NOT in series with any part of the fuel injector circuit. Fixed those and put back the OBD1 ECU... and it no longer throws the code 16.
