Basically any quality 5W-30 motor oil will be fine.

if you go to the honda dealer the oil chart says to use 10w30 in del sol vtec which has a b16 so its all your choice and yes lucas oil is a good oil ive used for years

VP ($10 quart) or Amsoil ($6 a quart) i would go Amsoil and definitely get an Amsoil Ea oil filter

VP: http://www.vpracingfuels.com/R...BAAD7
Amsoil: https://www.amsoil.com/storefront/asl.aspx

its recommended that you dont put oil additives in these oils.... they dont need it

if you wanna go cheaper get Castrol Syntec or Mobil 1 and get Lucas Synthetic additive and that should be good enough for hard driving but yea Amsoil =
