Do I need a kit?
Simple Question: Do I need a kit to install an Alpine HU in 95 Accord LX.
I know when I installed a kit in my 93 civic the metal cage thing just popped right in after I removed the old stereo. Does the accord work the same way? InstallDR.com says I need a kit, but I just wanted to ask the experts to make sure.
Thanks,
Mike

Other than a Harness adapter (to mate the radio chassis wiring to the Honda radio harness plug) it should be a straightforward installation.
Both the OEM Honda radio chassis and the vast majority of aftermarket radios' are the same dimensions (DIN Chassis)
