Stupid me!!!! Ok this is what happened.I was on my way home from work it was about 4:00 in the morning and I got a flat.my whole trunk is clean(no doughnut)and it was like the coldest day this year in Texas like 30 something so I decided to leave it on the access road and come back early in the morning.I came back and the first thing I seen was a key mark all the way around my car!I have wholes in the spoiler from a hammer,both fenders completely dented ,tail lights broke headlights broke,hood has big scuff marks from a hammer etc....The insurance adjuster came and said there was 7,600 dollars worth of dammage should I try to get a Jdm front end or would that make me look bad to my insurance company?Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else b4 And yes I know I shouldn't have left it so dont remind me..PLEASE

 

First I want to see pics then I want to say you should'nt own an R for leaving out like that "overnight". Absolutley nuts to leave your car unattended.

sorry for what happened to you, but that was sure gutsy of you for leaving an itr on the side of the road in the wee hours. thats just too much risk for me and i would have called someone, a friend, towtruck anyone to get it out of there asap. if you think about it though, hate to think what those pieces of sh*t wouldve done to YOU if you were there

Yeah I was just glad to see that it was still there when I got there I didnt sleep all night but I really had no other choice.I guess I could've slept in it maybe it wouldn't have happened

i smell fraud...no one gets out of their car to just key someone elses car in the middle of the hwy. Plus you said it was 30 degrees (i'm assuming thats pretty cold in my standards), since it was only a flat tire you should have been able to keep yourself warm with the engine running. Hwy patrols will come eventually if your on the shoulder. I'm assuming you have a phone, you should have called someone. Sorry but i smell fraud. If anyone thinks it clearly, who wants get out of the car in cold weather were you have a running motor to keep you warm.

Yeah I go to Austin everyday for work,that's where I was coming from when it all happened,and you being from Austin you probably know how Temple is at least you somewhat understand, and yeah it probably was some damn rednecks.Just last week I chased some rednecks out of my neighborhood at like 3 in the morning because they were going around and breaking everyones windows out with Pellet guns.Its like this,this town is so damn boring some kids probably didnt have anything else to do so they kept themselves busy for a while screwing up my car.
