car has been sitting in the garage for about a month and ran out of gas, i got it to start for a second and then it died because it had no gas


went to the station and got some, put it in but the car still doesnt start

anyone know why, or is it something other than the gas??

the plugs are less than 6 months old

 

did you try to start it while the gas was out?

my cuzns gf did that and it f'ed up her spark plugs...so yeah

 

ya i did, dammit i dont want to buy new plugs

 

anyone else out there have any suggestions?

 

you can get new plugs for what, $10?
it's not that much, just get some new ones.

 

$10 is hard to come by right now, and i dont want to change them

keep clicking you key into the second positions until fuel gets back into the line. BTW how much fuel did you but in the tank...enough to prime the pump? you plugs should be fine... you just need to get fuel back to the injectors

He also just ran out of gas probably because he didnt have $10 dollars.

sorry but it most likly is your spark plugs just just pick some up or take a look at the ones you have in now and see how bad they are.

yea sometime people fall on hard times and have to make a decsion.
