what spring with koni yellow
I have koni yellows right now with tokico illumina springs...too much body roll.
What springs would you suggest to rid as much body roll as possible, i'm not concerned with ridability, i had an eg with konis and integra sportlines with an h22, i can stand bumpy, i just want less body roll. I have stock sway bars on rights now, but i have a 23mm ITR back in my back seat right now
I have been looking at H&R race...but i want to get some other suggestions
i want as little body roll as possible.
Thanks

Does your particular car have sway bars? Those will help tremendously without making the ride more rough. You could get some OEM Integra suspension for pretty cheap (click here for a great company), and I know you will be very pleased with the difference (If you have no sway bars to start with)...
every single person on here is going to recommend Ground-Control coilover sleeves/springs with custom rates. $339 + shipping and you pick the rates you want for the stuff your going to do with the car. $299 + shipping is for standard rates 380/280
oh and hell ya sway bars make a difference, I have a 22mm CTR rear sway bar/beaks kit on my 1.6EL and its a huge difference. Right now i'm using stock suspension for winter and this rear sway bar still makes a massive difference, best money ever spent on an upgrade!

Koni has just released their own sport springs that are supposed to match nicely with their dampers. You will notice a night and day difference with a good rear sway bar and lower tie bar combo.
You can't go wrong with H&R or Eibach springs. If you really want to go stiff then get a set of GC's. Also you should look into subframe bracing for that ITR sway. You don't want to pay $500+ to replace a torn subframe when you can spend <$200 on a brace

i have a bsq kit for the sway bar already...i think i'm gonna go for the sportlines, i have had them before and like the stiffness, but i was afraid of the car being too low and rubbing cause i have oversized sidewalls right now, i think i'm gonna get lower profiles i have a 55 right now...gonna go for 50s
