few days ago I went to look for a civic hatch to but as a winter beater
and this kid had a full Itr interior including dash, cluster, center console, itr 5 bolt rims and I noticed the badge on the center console was # 1293
is this someones missing R ?

Didn't someone here start a "registartion" of Type R owners to post their year, color and badge numbers a while back? I tried a search on that term, but can't find the post. I think the link might have been to another Integra web site!?

I know the theft rate for the ITR is so high that the first thing people would assume it was "missing/stolen".

However, for looking out for other R owners.

hrm. user '01-1293' is from oakville and was a cw. i talked to the guy for a bit, he sold his R a while ago.

i can't remember now if it was stolen or not...

1999 ITR stolen? they made ITRs in 99? interesting... yeah that hatch screams i jacked an R and pimped my HB.. .but it also could scream i bought a salvaged ITR from auction put theparts in my hatch and stold hte motor to cover the cost... who knows.

In Canada and other markets outside the US, yes.

 

up here in toronto i'd say 75% of the civics have either type R or gsr parts.... so its nutin new!!!!


and in one post the owner was selling the type R then in another post the same guy was selling parts???? thats kinda fishy?!?!??!
