Default US 99+ SI Transmission vs. USDM ITR Transmission

Can anyone tell me with some certainty what the differences (if any) between the gearing of these two transmissions?

I currently have a B16 tranny, its been a nightmare since day one, even after a rebuild. Looking to buy a new Honda tranny and from all the searching online I have done, I can get an new ITR for a little more than what a SI would cost me. I just don't care to change up the gearing any, because I love my current B16 gearing.
