Which 15" wheels have the most brake clearence

Which 15" wheels have the most brake clearance
Want to know if there are any 15" wheels that will clear Rotora big brake kit with 12" rotors. The reason is because they do not make any good DOT drag radials in a 16" wheel size and a 17" wheel size would not provide enough side wall for maxium traction.
