If you lower the fuel pressure, then that means there will be less fuel being injected per injection event - is that what you're aiming for? Is yes, then lower the fuel pressure.

Will it make the car run better - I don't know, what's your setup?

 

I need less presure , yes i know LEan is MEAN but I need to pass emissions and I failed on Hydrocarbons which are unburned fuel, and in IL. they do not car bout the NOX so i should be good now!

 

my old roomate unplugged injector #3 when his hydrocarbons kept him from passing emissions. the motor ran a little rough, but he easily passed.
