Need tuning advice. b18c1 turbocharged, thinking of p28???

Need tuning advice. b18c1 turbocharged, thinking of p28???
alright i have a b18c1 just rebuilt with low comp pistons. stock rods though. but anyway i plan on running around 10 psi or maybe little more on track days. anyway i cant afford an EMS as much as i would like one. So i have been researching what someother guys do and i was tlaking to guy with the same motor, it wasnt turbo but he got an obd2a to obd1 jumper harness and ran some sort of chipped ECU. for a low budget man is this the way to go, then use some sort of piggy back for that p28. I had heard this makes it much easier and better for tuning. help me out guys this tuning **** get to be confusing after a while. thanks

p28 will be fine; but you wont be able to have ecu controlled iab's.
you would need a p75 or p72 for that
