ok i need help with my car:

Okay i just recently drop a jdm d15b vtec into my 94 cx hatch, this is my first vtec swap. The car start out fine but it sounds it has low idle but can not tell what it is sitting on because of no tech., when i go into 1st gear it seems like 3 gear, 2 gear seems like 4 gear, then 3 gear seems like 1st gear(sounds like down shift), 4 seems like 2 gear, then when i go into 5 gear the car does not go anywere. The motor came with a LSD tranny so i dont know if it something could be wrong with the tranny, and i change all the fluids. I put in the d15 vtec ecu (P08) but i haven't install the vtec lines using the stock harness and wires. So i was wondering if you guys may help me out.
May i get some info on P08 ecu were the vtec is going and misc. stuff? may i get a picture of how to put the wire and add the wire on the ecu thank you
