Default Help!!! Speedometer not working and lights dim in and out

I recently installed a jdm header. The car pops the check engine light. Now the speedometer is not working along with the cars headlights and interior lights dim in and out. I wanted to know if anyone has any idea what could cause all this. Is it because of the CE light? Thanks!

Did you check your wire connections to the battery? Maybe one got loose when you did the header install.

Which code is the ECU throwing? Check the obvious things first.

Sounds like the front engine ground is missing.

I got the CE light checked and the 2 codes popped up...P-0141 & P-1298.

These are the codes:

P0141 - Secondary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Secondary HO2S) (Sensor 2) Heater Circuit Malfunction

P1298 - Electric Load Detector (ELD) Circuit High Voltage

Check the underdash fuse labelled "Alternator SP Sensor." It should be fuse #15, 7.5A. It feeds all of the affected circuits. If it blows, it kills the alternator AND the alternator warning light. Seems like failure modes weren't thought out here.
