i just went to the honda dealer ship and bought an aem fuel rail. When i got home i noticed it said d16 on the box will d16 fuel rail work on b18c1?

No, it wouldnt.
I work at a company and we make fuel rails for the D/B/H series. Each one is different due to the bolt locations.
