need help with ecu
i need some help with my ECU as you may of read b4 my car died and i charged the battery and my car would just turn over but not start. I found out that im not getting power to my ecu/ not sending power to kick the main relay.
I have Checked:
Battery
Starter
Ditributor
Ignitoin
Replaced the ECU with 2 different ones
Replaced teh Main relay with 2 different ones
Check fuel pump
Replaced Fuse board

take the cover off your ecu and look for any parts that look burnt. Usually when ecu's go bad it's because a resistor fried up. It dosen't happen too often, though.

did you hook up the terminals up wrong? my friend did that on his and he fried everything in the car well we replaced all fuses relays and ground and power wires but after that the radio would come on with the light switch and the lightsd came on with the ignition turned on CHECK EVERY THING!

He's right. If you accidentaly hooked up the battery charger wrong you would completely fry your electrical system. Ground wires would melt, your ecu could fry...
