Single Exhaust Cap

Hey everyone, I got an Apexi N1 exhaust installed on my 2004 Black S200. I need to know where I can get a Single Exhaust Cap for my car. Pic's whould be helpful too, thanks.

They don't make the exhaust cap for the 04+ bumpers do they?
