Would anyone be so kind as to link me to or let me know where I can get some instructions to remove the factory headunit. I got an ice>Link to hardwire my iPod into my factory headunit, and apparently it needs to be wired into the factory CD changer spot.

take off rear center console 2 side screws then the 2 under the center pop off the cover.
the shifter area there are 2 screws on either side then take out the ash tray take out the 2 screws the not the center one the 2 on the sides. now pull out the cig lighter.. there are 2 screw in the middle on both sides of the center top piece take shift **** off now it pulls off...... ah gasping for air lol use a 8mm socket there are to screws on the back underside of the cd player kinda hard to reach then it pulls out hope that helps

Thanks for the instructions! Anyone ever seen instructions online with some pictures, just incase I bump into any trouble?

My only other concern is that I no longer have a cig ashtray or lighter, because a shop installed a plate with a gauge there. Sort of makes me feel like i'm working with a different situation..but I'm not sure.
