99 civic dx will not pass smog

99 civic dx will not pass smog
not because the air isn't clean
i pass the emission with flying color
but the computer didn't read 3 sensors
which is the o2 sensor, evaporate sensor and the catalytic sensor
it show on the computer saying not ready
the o2 sensor is new too
anyone get an idea what is going on?
the tech said just drive with it
i has been 2 week and it still doesn't work

maybe you could try buying a new catalytic converter. it happened to my brothers car when he first got his integra. it didnt pass the smog till he got a new catalytic converter

pay for a sticker, y bother put ur car and run it. i can take a wild guess dat 90 percent people on HT dont run their car on inspection, spend a lil money get a sticker, save time and all da BS
