Default alignment specs, hooray for bent lca!!!

wow im kinda ****** pissed right now, over a year ago i took a turn too fast and hit a curb. i ended up hitting it at like prob 30-35 and i thought i got lucky wiht only a bent rim. i got a rim and got it aligned right after and they said everything was fine and nothing was bent. when i got the car back it drove exactly the same so i took it back and it was a LITTLE better. anyways i just got tires on tues and aligned again about an hour ago but this time i didnt go to ****** wheel works, i actually went to a performance shop and boy were my specs out whack.

i dont have a camber kit or anything so they couldnt fix caster or camber but here it is...these are the final specs

LEFT RIGHT
FRONT
camber..... -1.8 ......-2.8 DEG
caster....... 1.0 ...... -2.9 DEG
toe......... -0.30 .... -0.56 INCH
total toe...... -0.86 INCH
set back........ 0.85 DEG
SAI....... 7.7 .......7.4 DEG
included angle...5.9 .......4.7 DEG

the rear is fine, he said its nothing i should worry about so im not gonna bother putting them up unless you think it would help. during the alignment the dude told me i had a bent lca so now i have to look for one....the new ones are 200!! expletive dealerships. yay for junkyards

how hard is the passenger lca to install?
