canadian models are equipped with drl's
you should be calling up your dealer and asking them.
if the dealer doesnt know here. call one in canada. i guess you could get the module for it from there.. and it should be plug and play. but i know accords are built to have drl's
there just not there.. kinda like cars.. most of em are equipped for cruise control. but not all of em have it.

drill a hole in the section of your housing where you'd want the DRL to be at.
and pick up a light socket and harness + bulb and splice the wires from your turnsignals that are on when not blinking.
easy.
