Default How long to program ECU...?

If you have the ECU in front of you and have the knowledge and supplies.Whats the longest a ECU should take to program?

My buddy had a JDM P30 ECU sent out to have the Rev limiter raised and speed gov. taken out.

it should not take more than an hour to do all the soldering, and to burn and install the chip with the right parts/tools.

it won't take long to actually do it, but if he's shipping and stuff, well, that takes time. plus the shop may not get around to doing it for awhile depending on how busy they are.
