Sorry to post off topic...but i just bought my first car!!! A 97 civic dx hatch....silver...with 84k on it for just 6000, HONDA CERTIFIED FROM THE DEALERSHIP!!! I am sooo excited!!!

OF COURSE!!!! Want to go with a b18c1 swap later on (built NA) (when my funds are replenished), but until then...I want to get an Ex or CTR guage cluster, a cd player, suspension work (koni yellows) an ITR exhaust, and an intake...anybody know if i could swap the to side guages out of the ex into the dx and how much i could get a stock tach in my car for??? I dont know which would be better...the whole ex cluster..or just the two guages...THanks!!! Also...ive searched...no finds...but can you clear the 97 hatch tails??? And to whoever was gettin the dx hatch above...its much quicker than i expected...no speed deamon...but fun to drive around town.

hey man, if your going to do a B18C swap later on, why dont you just get the guage cluster from it, and save some more money later on, same for other mods too, they wont help that much compared to spending 2x as much for the mods(for the EX and then the CTR) on the B18C later on.

 

I was just planning on gettin the ex cluster so i could have the tach for the time being....just curious how much that CTR would be...and does it have the mph or just kph?

 

CTR guage clusters are in the neighborhood of 350-400$ right? and i think they only in KPH
