Default b16a o2 sensor...help!!

OK, here's the situation:

Check engine light kicks on @ highway cruise...Turn the car off and start it again, no light. The ECU is throwing code 1. Oxygen content. Reset the ECU, drove around for a little bit, ran it up to high RPMs a few times, drove home, all's well.

So what does this mean?? Does the sensor need checking/replacing? Should I wait to see if it pops up again? What else might cause this code?

If it does end up needing to be replaced, can a muffler shop do so while replacing my exhaust? What's an acceptable price for parts/labor?

Not too fond of the check engine light, so any replies would be great. If it needs replacing, I'd like to know ASAP, so that I can have it done along with some other work.

Thanks alot!!
