Default Blinkers Don't Work

My battery died the other day so I replaced it with a new one. Car works fine right now except for my blinkers. It's not the fuse or the blubs so what does that leave? Is the relay the only other thing that can go wrong. I just wanted to make sure before I get a new one. Any tips or advice on replacing the relay would be helpful assuming that is the problem.

A lot of chances that's it. The turn signal wont work if the hazard switch is missing.
