upgrades to start with???
im looking to make my 95 civic a little quicker, but nothing outrageous because if i wanted that i wouldnt start out with a 4cyl v-tec.
intake?
headers 4:2:1? one piece or two piece?
catback exhaust?
turbo?
any other suggestions or comments on these and what is the best order to do these in? money vs horsepower?

ignore the non-helpful, ******** people, they are quite prevalent on this board. your first thing should have been to search. (upper right hand corner) just do wut it says... should help u out if u look hard enuf. and my suggestion would be I/H/E. it won't effect driveability, emmisions (much), and rarely have negative consequences. that will give you the easiest, simplest power. turbo is opening up a can of worms that no one new to hondas should attempt. they make alot of power and will spice that sohc up quite a bit, but are hella expensive and require alot of know-how to install.

UP TO A 35HP GAIN AT THE WHEELS
lmao.
You say nothing outragous, but you suggest turbo?
i would say just an intake and exhaust, standard rice.
