does any one know how to tell the difference between califorina and federal emission pcms on the 98 and 99 honda accord v6? i recently bought this used pcm
from a person that had a 99 accord v6 and the car was total but after that i could not find a way to know if this pcm pulled from that car was cali. or federal emission computer. does anyone know plz help!

The quickest way is the plugs. If it's the wrong one it won't plug in. That's a general rule over all makes.
