Default apex-i WS vs N1... whos louder?

i was wondering if the ws is as loud as the n1 since the inlet of the universal mufflers are almost or is similar in diameter. i have the n1 and it is louder then i think it is. i wanted something alittle quieter. would a ws make a change in db compared to the n1.?

WS should be quite a bit quieter

Understated to say the least.

I have a WS on my '92 SI. It's got really nice tone. At first it sounds stock , but giving it time to break in and a few other mods gave it a great mellow tone. It burbles nice IMO.

ws will always sound almost stock. N1 is way louder by far. both of them do sound good on a boosted car though.
