Default Autotensioner to Manual Tensioner fix

In the May 2005 article in Honda Tuning there is an article with the auto to manual tensioner conversion. Now in that article they did the conversion but eliminated the balance shaft belt. I was thinking.. How could this be possible if it runs the oil pump? So i tried to put the belt on and its not fitting the way it should. Does anyone have any suggestions or pictures on how to get this belt on correctly. I'd appreciate the help..

Not sure about how you put the belt back on, but I do know that belt dosn't drive the oil pump. I had that belt removed all summer long and it dosn't make any diffrence exept your engine revs a bit faster.
