Pillar bars, they don't work as well as you think they would. They are 99% 'bling' and 1% function, or so it seems. Does your chassis really flex that much in that area?

They are called C-pillar bars.

And I believe your answer is no (in most cases anyways), they dont do crap except serve great bling purposes.

P.S. STOP YELLING!!! ITS RUDE.

EDIT: Damn, beat me to it

They are actually pretty useful. I don't know about you guys, but I've lost count of how many times I've been driving back from the dry cleaner with a full load, wishing I had some place to hang up all my clothes.

Not a whole lt you can do as far as body flex. All swaybars will only help with lateral load transfer, not stiffen up the chassis. Tiebars and strut tower bars have yet to be shown to have any noticeable improvements. H-braces do seem to help, I can attest to that, but there isn't much out there on these things yet. Same goes for fender braces.
