Clutch Noises?
Okay, I drive an 89 CRX Si. Lately, it's been warming up a little bit out here in SoCal, and I noticed this noise coming from the clutch pedal. It doesn't do it when I first start up and drive the car, but after about 20 minutes of driving, the clutch feels like the cable doesn't have enough lubricant on it when I push it in. It FEELS kind of sticky too, and it makes a SQUARK noise. Not too loud, but noticeable. What is this, and what can I do to fix it? Oh, and the clutch feels fine, nice and grippy, it's just this weird noise that comes from the pedal area!
Anyways, thanks in advance for any advice...

My civic does it. It's the spring on the clutch pedal I think. I sprayed the hell out of it trying to get it to stop, but it won't. I think the spring is just worn. It still feels strong though???
Anyway, sorry I'm of zero help. I just wanted you to feel less alone

Probably one of a few things. The pedal assembly itself, a dry cable, a worn release fork and/or bearing, or the rubber bushing at the end of the cable.
