i found a stock suspension to itr a friend of mine has and was wondering what i needed to install them in my car, or if it will even work.

 

yes it will work but you will need to do a 5 lug conversion too....try a search bro, theres tons of **** on this

 

do i still need to do a five lug even if i just want the struts and springs

 

FYI: They are shocks, not struts (01+ Civics have struts)....

If you want to put ITR shocks/springs onto your EG civic, you will also need the ITR rear LCAs. The ITR rear shocks have a different mounting style than EG (the bushing is in the shock, not the LCA). If you get those, everything will bolt right on...
