if you dont know much about h22 swaps please just dont post because i want real answers and opinions. well im getting my friends h22 swap out of his del sol for my sol and for 1600 I will be getting all this minus the tranny because it has a bad differential so im just gonna look for a fresh one. Worth 1600? lmk what you think!

jdm h22 longblock 60k miles
hasport mounts- good shape
brand new axles
Chipped skunk 2 ecu
wiring all done-just needs egr wired
kamazie 4-1 header all the way back with 2.5 exhaust.
all shift linkage stuff.
stage 1 clutch not sure of brand
7-9lb (somewhere in between not sure) flywheel fidanza

 

sounds like a good deal, though why would he downgrade??

 

thanks for the input. he wants to build a single cam with sleeves and boost the **** out of it. Also hes selling the sol shell and getting an eg hatch.

 

yeah, that's a good deal. make sure you have lsd in the tranny you buy. its well worth it, and you don't want to have to pull the tranny later to install one.

 

thanks man. i was planning on just getting a regular tranny and drive around with it for awhile then ill get an aftermarket lsd when i have more money. i heard with the stock lsd trannys, once they break they break and that scares me lol...
