Default CE28N Help....

Ok, I am looking at getting Gold, or Bronze CE28n's For my S. I would Like 17x7.5f and 17x8.5r. My question is what offset. Towards the back of the S200 Hyperrev Vol.3 there is a Blue S2K with gold CE's and the Rear has a crazy offset. The size/ offset is exactly what I want. Theproblem is It does not list the offset....I can't think of the name of the company that tuned the car right now. I think it is Aguwa sport?(I will look and update this post tonight. Also What size/brand tires are you guys running on similar rims? Any comments and,or suggestions would help. Pics would help too.....

17x7.5 +50.

17x8.5's highest offset is 47. You should just use 17x9 +63 .

I meant crazy from the Dish/lip of the rim. I should have been more specific. Does anyone know what car I am talking about in Hyperrev? Any pics of the size/offset's you guys recommended? Thanks for the help.

Pretty much all the track cars run 17x9 +63 in the rear, like these guys said. If you are going stock brakes then just do the 17x7.5 +50, but if you are doing something like Spoon calipers I would go 17x7.5 +43 and a 3mm spacer, or something like stoptech would take a 5mm spacer.

If you just roll your stock ones, you'd get about 10mm of extra clearance. That works if you can do math.

Stock 17x8.5 all around on 255/40/17 or 18x9.5 +62 on 285/30/18. Want more traction? Buy slicks.

If you want clearance, Advan RG II in 18x9, +47. Will clear Brembos.

this s2k......TOLAP

not sure of the offset they are running......

but the J's car also in the mag is running 17x9.5 f & R +28 and +34 ce 28

the c-west car is running rg's 17x9 17x9.5 45 & 35 offset

i would guess they are running a similar setup to the J's car......

He's on R-comps, he doesn't care. His rears are obviously rolled, and nicely done too, but what about the front?

the fronts don't look rolled/flared but i doubt its necessary. many s2k race cars run more neg camber in the back than the front

Nishant my car will 0wn j0o. Not me, my car.

What do you think about an offstock alignment. say

Camber F/R: .6/1.2

Toe F/R: 0/.3

Caster at stock 6deg.

Then 30mm antiroll bars F/R.

Hmmmm.. I just have to buy the bars if you guys think its a good idea. This will be on 255/40/17 all around.

What mag did you get this from? I could have sworn I read that the J's T/A car use 18 in wheels. :shrugs:
