ive decided my life sucks...nothing EVER goes right. last night at 1:48am i had a 90 honda civic stolen. at 1:59 and 30 seconds 2 police cars drove by shining spot lights....and aparently the police department has no clue which officers drove by or why they were there. the car was stolen by 2 black males. the car had no brakes, an auto/manual conversion with hydro tranny, LS swap, hasport mount kit for auto car with hydro tranny, thermal exhaust, tokico shocks with ground controll coilovers. all the parts were brand new. car was a champagne color with a blue fender and a maroon door. the car its self was not in very good shape so it was obviously taken for parts. any info would be greatly apreciated. i have everything on video so hopefully something will come up. my entire morning so far has been completely wasted and there is a lot of work done to this vehicle that has not been paid for. if anybody is selling a hydro/cable tranny conversion....let me know...thats not an everyday part and can probably lead back to whoever the ******* is who did this.

yea tell me about it. i need to just move all together haha. a shitbox house here is like 350,000 dollars...the same house in south carolina would be like 75,000. im just so frustrated with everything i can't even sleep at night anymore. for the time being i might just turn my office here into a bedroom. im always here working anyways....wouldnt be all that much differnt.

Sorry to hear about your lose JOE. Hate to say this but sometimes when cars get stolen its best not to say anything to the public about it. Because that makes theives be more on the hush hush about ****. Here in San Diego everyone knows who steal cars and if your cars missing in the morning you wake up knowing they got it almost for sure. Even if they didn't get it you pretty much will hear about it in a few days cause theives always brag about what they stole. Unless tipped that people are looking out just what I know from street experience. Good luck with getting some of the parts and car back!

 

the quiet approach doesnt work either. the people who have been stealing **** around here are too damn stupid to even know what the hell they are doing. most of the items that have been stolen in the past are damaged when removed....or harness's are left in the car, solenoids...etc etc. theft is huge around here, especially in northern VA...im willing to bet that is where this car has ended up. however i'd be amazed if they made it there with out wrecking the car. the only form of brakes on the car was the e-brake. i can't beleive a cop drove by 90 SECONDS after the car left. something just doesnt seem right.

 

I guess it can be called either way I called like 2 people and got mine back all in one piece when it was stolen. Now I take as much **** as I can from my ride when I leave it parked anywhere. Stock motor and all fools will take it cause they are cheap and don't want to work for what they get. If i owned a shop I would invest in some boots for cars that are left outside. Im sure it cost you guys more to replace a customers parts than to get a few boots for stuff like that. Cheaper to replace stolen nick nacks but all of it cost a grip im sure even with discounts. sure to hear about that. me and my freind had been working on a turbo hatch for the pass 2 months and we were in the garage on saturday night working on a car the turbo hatch was just out side. when we came out side the car was gone someone used a tow truck to steal it. i hate maryland. i want to move. ive been looking for an apartment and cant find anything cheaper than $1,250 for a studio aprtment in moco

+1 million for MD sucks. I have been looking in PA myself, MD has a crazy cost of living for a very low quality of life, crime is rampent and there is no help in sight. I would keep calling that police department the police had to see that car leave from your property thats why they where up there proabbly thought it left some street racing spot.

 

Add another one for md sucks. Its rediculous how much it cost to live here and there is nothing here. It frustrates me so bad.

That sucks. Put a switch to the fuel pump and hide it well. Costs less then $5. If they want it real bad they'll have to flat-bed it.
