Nice a couple of my buddies have had b20 DC's, torquey. Is that jdm? Are you saying you already raced an ls and gsr?

uhh i used to drive a b20 prelude, obviously a little differant than your motor but it wasnt anything special to tell you the truth...

nice swap but Im not feeling the part about beating gsrs.. the b20b only makes 130hp and 133 tq... now the b20z is a different story 146 and 143tq < that can take gsrs my friend

You never know...My buddy beats GSR's all the time in his ls with i/h/e. Granted they are usualy shitty drivers and he is pretty damn good. My point....An ls can beat a gsr depending on drives. So i am sure a b20 teg with a good driver can pull on a gsr here and there
the 98-02 CRV made 140hp, i'm not sure about the torque.
the B20B is a little bit weaker than a B18B due to it's thinner cylinder walls. but, good job on the swap.

If you want to feel some torque from a naturally aspirated engine, grab an h23 - 160hp and 158 ft/lbs ... that engine in a gsr - and i havent lost to an LS or another GSR - except one with a turbo and by not much but he was having problems
**** the b20z is a badass motor.. mines stock internally with boltons and it takes b16s and gsrs... when it comes to my friends h22 in a 93 hatch I hang with him in first and second then third he pulls on me... I just cant wait to put a vtec head on it
wont that b20 not pass emssions in most states because its a light truck motor in a car...atleast that is what i have read...if so sucks for u my friend...iw ouldnt do that swap regardless of how cheap...unless i was imediatly putting ablower on it or a turbo or forge it and lots of spray
