Jordo...you ever get paranoid about reliability? Pretty much the main reason I'm not turbo'ed anymore.

That equal-length exhaust manifold was just sex. Sweet welds.

Man I know you have fun with that ride. Sometimes I miss my turbo Honda days. Would've been nice to have the means to do my own work.. I could have with all the money I paid my mechanic!

What's the power output in its current tune? How's the cooling?

In everyone of those pics the only thing I can focus on is the ground cable in the wrong place

That's so funny. My face kinda dropped after seeing that too. lol.

Jordo - That dual wastegate set-up is pure sex. Looks just awesome and mean as hell. Question: What was your motivation for changing the set-up so often? Reliability? More power? Just curious.

And the million dolla ? is how much POWA??????

Mine did that too.

Looks sweet dude. I can't imagine changing all that that much. You are to turbo setups what a high society woman is to redecorating.

I agree with that mentality. You'll go crazy trying to justify the cost of doing something you love, so why bother?

The power goes up a tad every setup.

The power right now should be around 400whp @ 12psi.. I dont have a boost controller hooked up anymore.

Ive dynoed many many times, Going to dyno this new setup probadly next week.

Wow. Whats your compression ratio and displacement? That turbo must push air like nuts.

How about a little dyno comparsion to show you, rather then me just talking ****.

Motor is 84.5m @ 9.5:1 compression
And yes the turbo does push alot of air, about 73-74lbs /min the compressor will.

This was done at 14.7psi (1bar)
blue is setup number 2, red is setup number 3

Done at 9psi
blue is setup number 2, red is setup number 3
Setup number 2, was a =t3/67 vs setup 3 =t4/67 BB

Now setup number 4, the manifold is matched with the t4 turbo, vs setup number 3, had a t4 flange on a t3 manifold.
