Default DC5 Brembos on 05 Civic?

Lookin at the Brembos from a DC5R brakes all around, and i want them for my gf's 05 Civic coupe. Is this possible...if so, how difficult is it to make work? shes got rear drums, so that will have to be converted to the brembo rear calipers/disks as well., and i know with this setup, its required to have 17"+ rims, so no problem there.
Any help is greatly appreciated..

Thanks

yes, you need all the parts for a 5 lug and you need Custom axles, A arms, brake lines, knuckes, discs, rotors, brakes, brake pads, 5 lug 17's...

they come with the bigger rotor, caliper, pads, brake lines, knuckles, so all i need are the custom axles and A arms.

Thanks for the info.

01-05 is the same as the RSX. 06 was redone.
While I'm sure its not necessary, a type S or type R MC would probably help, considering you're going from 2 pistons total (and a pair of wheel cylinders) to 8 pistons just on the front axle.
I also hate to say it... but you're going to end up with a car thats slower than you start with. Big brakes mean heavy rotors, and 17" wheels, on a car that still didn't gain any power. Seems like a lot of money to spend on bling without a purpose. I've also heard that the outer half of the outer CV from the RSX can be put on the Civic axle (you need the splines to fit the hubs), no proof as to yes or no for sure though.
You can just bolt on the whole ITR suspension, but you can't use a front sway bar if you do. The arms fit, but the swaybar doesn't clear the exhaust (if its an EX).

The exhaust can be made to clear the swaybar if you're willing to let a muffler shop at it for an hour or so.

I've got the Alum. LCA's on my EM2 and the swaybar isn't that bad to get on.

So Boil your saying that if we got the whole ITR suspension, such as this http://store.yahoo.com/yhst-14....html, it will go directly onto our cars?

The suspension bolts in, but you need custom axles.

But if you did a K20 swap would you need custom axels, or are the axels a reguardless thing.

Its a carbon copy of whats on the car right now.
The brakes look different and the front control arms are aluminum. What you take off gets bolted back on.

I've seen a car that had it (in person). If you pull the whole suspension off down to all the mounting points, you can bolt it on.

my question is; why? good rotors/pads up front is more than enough stopping power for daily driving. I did a rear disc brake conversion off of an 03 Si and couldnt be happier, and even still my car gained a few pounds from it. If you're doing it for the red calipers and the logo, it's just not worth it. Then again, if you plan on a motor swap, it might come in handy at some point.
