APRIL 15-16 - WEST COAST NATIONALS – LOS ANGELES COUNTY RACEWAY

TBA - COMPACT CAR INVASION – FIRBIRD INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY

JUNE 25 - EAST COAST NATIONALS – MARYLAND INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY

TBA -SUMMER NATIONALS – LOS ANGELES COUNTY RACEWAY

OCTOBER 7 - FIREBIRD NATIONALS – FIREBIRD INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY

NOVEMBER 11-12 - INTERNATIONAL FINALS – CALIFORNIA SPEED/DRAGWAY

good to see Firebird on there twice this year.

 

i like nice west coast on here more this year

 

very interesting.....i guess i can add a few more events to my schedule now.

west coast. its whats needed.

 

OOOOH! I like the Fontana Finals. 3 West Coast events. What more can a man ask for.

Can the IDRC hold its own against the NHRA SC? I think so!

I see a good future for IDRC!

im not sure, the jury is still out.If you have races at niiice facilities then you can get more pro cars to come out. As well as a well prepped track as well.

I don't think they can compete, its just that the IDRC focuses is a lil more grassroots.

As long as they focus on the west coast and can fill the void of not enough NOPI/NHRA races, then they will do good.

 

JUNE 25 - EAST COAST NATIONALS – MARYLAND INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY

Same day as Nopi at ATCO Bo Hiss

 

With the sudden interest in Sportsman classes, IDRC should take advantage and focus on these growing classes. I would like to see an all West Coast schedule in '07.

Hopefully with the rumors about LACR rebuilding and relocating and Fontana expanding, there should be a few really nice west coast venues. With such high costs of traveling, I think it would be a very successful series.

well not to continue to beat it in the ground, but IDRC can run at palmdale(old or new), fontana, arizona, drag city, and why not try for sacramento, woodburn, and pacific raceway. i think they could get sacramento. hopefully they are listening to us, the fans and racers.

Always listening! That is why the schedule is the way it is. Trying to do a regional series with an East and West regional championship. Wow..........3 west coast dates plus 2 tba's. I was getting worried when there was only the NHRA stop in Pomona for 06.
The California speedway date is.... .
Too bad april is like 5months from now.
