what resistance will it regulate?

My crappy book says 5 to 7 ohms.

probably 5 to 7, like other, the safest way to know it, is to take the tester and test it, you know the little tester at wallMart, those little tester that can test homs, he will tell you exactly how many homs are in the res in the box.
