95 Integra GS-R Tokico and skunk 2 springs
i got tokico alluminas with skunk 2 2" drop if anyone else has this setup in there iintegra can u give me some pointers and what th ebest setting is for a confortable ride im also sitting on 205/55/R17 let me know what im doing wrong
What type of ride do you prefer? Do you have any other suspension modifications such as sway bars, etc?
Comfortable ride would be soft settings on all 4 courners, but of course that wouldn't really be great for handling. If you want a pretty good ride/handling, try something softer in the front and something stiffer in the rear. That's the general setup for a "good" handling car.
It would be a good idea to pick up a rear sway bar too. A good one is the ITR rear bar.

your running a 55 series tires on some 17's?! I gotta see a pic of that on your gsr!!!
When I had my tokico illumina's on my 94 gsr, i tried the Neuspeed springs, skunk2 coilovers, weapon r coilovers, and ground controls. I personally thought the ground controls had the best/softest ride quality. 2nd would be actual lower springs; the Neuspeeds. When I had 17's, I had my tokico's set at 3 in the front and 4 in the rear. Try out different settings till you find what you personally like, handling wise and ride quality

I have those shocks with hp coil overs. and 15inch wheels with 215/50 tires. I drive around with the shocks set at 2 or 3. Driveing around set at 4 and 5 is fun but stiff as hell.
