96 LS speacial edition vs 98 Accord EX v6

Hi, I was wondering do i have any chance of beating this car? there both bone stock.. thanks

ls integra??? also what are the cars standard? well i know the accord must be depending on year cuz they only mad 4 cylinder standard ones. but if it is a good running integra u can win.Pending on if u can drive also
