The heater fan on my accord isn't working from time to time. Is there a quick way to check if the fan is going out or if it's an electrical problem?

 

most likely u ned a motor , when motor is inop, chk for power and ground at motor plug,,,,,plug is rt side under dash at blower assembly. has 2 wires going to it i believe yellow/black ( power ) red/blue ( ground ) if u get both u need a new motor

 

This may sound kinda dumb but what do I use to check if I have power and ground?
