MOre details on the procedure please. My I have 95 GSR wheels that need a makeover as well and don;t know what direction to take to poilishing them.

damn rob those are blinging. what did you do differently this time and are they fully polished can't really tell from the pics. jdm

 

 

You should of just used Aircraft paint remover, and then wet sand. Thats what i did and it came out bling bling

 

paint remover is so much more messier though..

 

i wetsanded and buffed with wheel and compound

nah, gunmetal is ok, but not on silver dc..... that black GSR with the gunmetal blades looked great though.

well, one guy who did a write up on T-I said he waxed his and they looked fine... i did that.. we will see a few days if the shine dies down, then yes, i will rebuff and clear them..

Q; if i clearcoat them.... what do i do? do i need to wetsand the clear and buff it to make it nice a shiney or will just a few coats of paint not do anything to the shine?
