please spare me the "you shouldnt put cheap stuff on an s2000" comment cus 1)i'm a "poor college student" barely getting by with bills and food and 2) this is my daily driver...i'd shoot myself if i got some $2000 volks for my daily driver and got a single nick on it...

not to flame, but the logic of the statement is consuming me:
if you're making it from bill to bill, how is an AP1 an economically sound car for you?
(then again.. there's some inherent jealousy in that question

keep it clean, and keep updating us with new attempts.
My advice to you (as i'm a wanna-be photographer) is to adjust settings on the camera and try to get genuinely good shots-- good composition, good exposure, good focus-- before you start trying to work magic with photoshop.
If you can get can get some good frames "au natural," utilizing photoshop correctly will bring the finished product to a new level
edit:: BTW, always bring a tripod around and on sunny days, bump up the F.Stop a couple clicks to help your camera "squint" and not end up with washed out pics.
