alright, if you go to 5 lug, wheels are more limited, weight is gained, and you didnt gain anything, speed, handling......nothing, all you did was waste money, and probably about 800 bucks too! so just upgrade your k20a,.........lucky ***

also, if your going sleeper or dont want too much attention, caz i know a lot of people will be "interested" in that k20, people will look over at your car and say " damn, 5 lug conversion, that guy has enought money to blow on that, he must have some serious engine work" well thats the way i look at, so i try to keep everything looking as stock as possible

its very good and if u track ur car and really care about brake system as i, then go for hawk HP+ brake pads, they are very good.

Like young noob said, dont waste your money. I was contemplating the same thing. I'm just going to upgrade to full inegra suspension, close to the same braking, less weight and not many people will notice.

quick question... i never really understood the whole 5 lug thing? besides possibly a wider assortment of wheels, what other benefits does it bring? does spending 800 justify the extra stud on each hub?

5 lug is a waste of money and nothing but bling.... stay four lug and upgrade your brake or drivetrain.... get some cams, valvesprings, and retainers or something.

thing about it, you have to pay for the conversion, get just about nothing extra out of it, and then u have to buy 5 lug wheels and tires for each wheel.

more money

i think 5 lug is nothing but showing off... i would upgrade your existing brake setup... 1 extra lug isnt gonna stop you, your brakes will

wow that makes a lot of sense, if he is going for the bling factor, depending on the wheels, people wont even know its an early type r conversion or prelude wheels, its just stupid to me, go buy some cams, or if its a k20, go buy an intake, kteller exhaust and a new em, and gain 30 hp,

I got a 4x114.3 type r conversion with prelude non vtec brakes on my eg. Stops on a dime and its still 4 lug. Personally, I would've stayed with the stock 4x100 and just upgraded the brakes just because wheel selection sucks for that lug pattern, and yes it is a waste of money, but I bought the car with that setup on there.

I like the calipers too..........the lug nuts I don't care for.

Will those calipers bolt up on a 93 civic?

No, Spoon does make a 4 lug caliper though. Be forwarned, those calipers carry a hefty price tag.

Little Canadian's that have trouble reading; if you didn't notice, he has a K series motor in his car ALREADY. Translation: Il a un moteur de k-feuilleton déjà.
OP: keep the 4 lug, upgrade brakes, something that will actually make a difference in driving.

5 LIZZUG BISHES!!! the only way to really go! but if you arent rockin a dc or db then in my own opinion there really is no point to waste your money on the setup. I Think its the **** for those that are tryin to make theyre cars in to a "R".... So for me... imma be rockin the 5 lug in the 4 door!

I think when he said "itr swap" he was referring to the 5-lug swap.

Anyways, I would choose an upgrade that is worth the money. $800+ for an extra lug nut doesn't seem logical to me...but if you have the money, sport the bling.

i look at it this way...if you want sweet brakes, go with the wilwood big brake system up front. You can find good deals on em' an they come with 11.19'' rotors...? i think thats the size...anyways u can get them for around 500$. Thats, way better than an ITR setup, plus just get integra rears, and you'll be good.

You could get a much greater improvement for the same price with the wilwood kit, and a rear integra brake upgrade...and it loos hella sweeet! check these out
