what are some good spring rates to consider for an eg, its going to be used for street and auto-x, thanks

i got 450/600 with konis.


it's a bit hard at times, and I occasionally hit my head on the ceiling.
But the car handles great for auto-x

I have neuspeed race and the spring rates are 450/350. This setup gives kinda of a harsh ride so anything above that might be uncomfortable.
